The Financial Support Agency of the Studierendenwerkes Karlsruhe is responsible for all universities in:
  • Karlsruhe
  • Pforzheim
  • Calw
  • Bad Liebenzell

Each year, about 7,000 students apply for the educational grant in Karlsruhe. Most applications are submitted during the winter semester. The processing takes about six to eight weeks, during the winter semester two to three months.
Unfortunately, the BAföG regulations are not always easy to understand for laypersons. Competent advice and detailed information are therefore becoming increasingly important.
