Our concept for reducing food waste is currently being supplemented by food waste monitoring in the canteens and dining halls.What exactly do we do?
We systematically record:
Why are we doing this?
We use the data we collect to develop targeted measures to reduce food waste.Where and when do we start?
All preparations, such as the procurement of hardware and software, have been completed.
Pforzheim: We will start in our facilities in Pforzheim as early as November 2024.
