Stress and coping with it for student parents - an application-oriented workshop
04.03.2025March 18, 2025 - For parents (especially in the very uncertain and fragile phase of education), everyday life with all its demands is very challenging. In our society, high performance and constant optimization are expected and you quickly run the risk of overextending yourself. This creates a desire for more serenity.
Among other things, this workshop provides knowledge about the ancient reaction patterns of our parents' brains under stress. This enables a new perspective on everyday challenges. Mindfulness and its implementation in everyday life creates space to control ourselves more consciously and to regulate the handling of parental stress reactions more helpfully. With the help of small exercises, tips and meditations, the perceived stress can be significantly reduced.
When: 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
