The residences, renovated in 2016, is located in a quiet, natural area surrounded by a lot of forest, which makes the heart beat faster for all those who like to be active in sports or relax in the nature. The beautiful outdoor area with table tennis table of the dormitory also invites you to stay together. The Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HKA), the Karlsruhe University of Education (PH) and the Karlsruhe State Academy of Fine Arts are located in the immediate vicinity. The living space consists mainly of 2-room flats with shared kitchens. There is a bar, a music room and a workshop for the tenants to use. A games rental service is available to all residents of the Residence Tennesseeallee.
