The residence, renovated in the summer semester 2017, is located directly in the recreation area Hagenschieß, on the edge of the forest. The rooms with private bathrooms are divided into 3-room flats (shared flats), which include either a loggia or a walk-in wardrobe. All apartments have common furnished kitchens. The University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim is only one kilometre away and is easily reached on foot.
